Shipping policy

We deliver the beef box in a insulated foam box with ice packs to keep your meat frozen. We offer delivery right to your door step. If your located in an apartment, its your responsibility to give us delivery instructions on how to get into the building.

After you submit your order online, we will send you a delivery confirmation email that will show our estimated delivery date. On the delivery date, we will send you a txt/phone call and email stating that the beef box is on its way to your doorstep. Our main goal is to deliver while you are at home so we collect the insulated foam box. However, if you are not home, we will leave the box at your doorstep, or special requested area. From there, we leave it up to the customers to handle the box. We recommend you put it in the refrigerator of freezer as soon as you can.  Please keep the insulated foam box and one of our representatives will contact you to arrange a pick up time. 

Currently we deliver to the greater Calgary area, Medicine Hat and Lethbridge region. We will continue to grow into other areas.
